Small Craft Advisory
This Tropical Pale Ale is light gold in color, crisp and dry, at 5% ABV.
The bootlegger is a standard profile brown ale with a touch less astringency from the dark roast malt due to our use of a 50/50 ratio of chocolate malt and debittered black malt. 6% ABV
It is reddish copper in color with less hop bitterness then the typical IPA, 5.2% ABV.
The darkest beer we produce to date, this beer has a low hop profile allowing the grain bill to highlight itself and pair with the coffee. 6% ABV
Made with our in house noncarbonated seltzer, a splash of ginger ale, and a lime, this is a nice refreshing drink.
Made with our in house noncarbonated seltzer, we will have a rotation of various flavors like strawberry, mango, and margarita just to name a few.
We will have rotational beers on tap, so check back with us often.

In February 2024, Robert convinced Bobby that Padre Island and Flour Bluff was in need of a community craft brewery. They started making plans and opened for business on Robert's 50th birthday, August 23, 2024. The rest of the story is still being written.
